Guacamole

  • 4 Ripe Haas Avocados, halved and pitted
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • ½ shallot, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped

Remove avocado flesh from skin and place into a medium bowl.
Squeeze lime overtop and toss gently with avocados.
Mash avocados with fork or potato masher to desired consistency.
Stir in shallot and garlic.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Options: Add fresh chopped plum tomatoes, horseradish, or 1 chopped jalepeno.

Yield: approximately 2 cups, depending on size of avocados
