May’s Fruit Buying Guide features some very unconventional fruits! The lead off suggestion is the honey sweet Ataulfo mango aka the Champagne mango. Grilled Pineapple with Rum Sauce

Mango Sorbet

½ cup water 1/3 cup sugar ¼ cup corn syrup 2 cups diced mango 2 Tbsp lime juice
