Bacon-Wrapped Figs Stuffed with Goat Cheese

12 ripe Mission Figs, halved 6 Tbsp goat cheese 12 Slices bacon, halved ½ cup balsamic vinegar Large Basil Leaves for garnish Honey for garnish
